The location is particularly good, close enough to many shops and bus-stops and central Edinburgh with car parking and a good breakfast. I found Akva offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue. My room included an electric kettle, central heating and a TV set with satellite channels. The beds were comfy, like a cloud. The staff was excellent, always there to help.
